We don't have anyone that is at the Hall all the time. We have a video on the Website.  If viewing is necessary, we would have to set up and appointment.

We have a digital Lock located at the back Entrance. Prior to your event you will receive and email with the access code to the lock. Included are instructions and location of the Dumpster keys.

Yes, please pick up at the tables and chairs.  Place chairs in rack per instructions  on the rack.

No.  We have a 'Clean-Up Crew' coming after your Event, that will replace all the Liners.

We ask that you Mop any 'Spills'. Otherwise the 'Clean-Up Crew' will Mop the Hall.

We ask that if you have 'confetti' or other 'Throws' you should Sweep, otherwise the                      'Clean-up  Crew', will Sweep before they Mop.

Yes, you may have to turn the 'Gas' on, and light the pilot. Please clean any spills in or on the Stove as the 'Clean-up Crew does not.

Yes, but please leave the ice maker 1/2 full and leave the scoop on top of the machine.

Yes, although we ask you not to use the Parking area. You will violate the terms of the contract if you socialize in the parking areas and leave trash that 'others' will have to pick up.

If there is a rental the day before your event, the 'Clean-Up Crew' will have to be allowed enough time to prepare the Hall for you. Otherwise the day is available. 

Your event must be over, and the Hall evacuated by 1:00 am.

We guarantee your Event Date when we receive your deposit with signed contract.  This can all be done online at this website.

You will receive the access code via email 6 days before the booking date.

The Access code will be active 15 minutes prior to the start time and expire 15 minutes after the end time.

Extra time can be purchased if the Hall is available, Fee is $50 per Hour for extra time over the standard 8hrs.

Typically within 1 week following your Rental/Event.  Adjustments may be applied based on  adherence to the terms of the rental agreement.
